ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВПЛИВУ ОКСИДУ АЗОТУ НА ЛЮДИНУ В УМОВАХ СПОКОЮ, ФІЗИЧНОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ ТА ПАТОЛОГІЇ

Анотація

В роботі використані дані літератури відносно загальної характеристики й механізми дії оксиду азоту, роль його в регуляції функціонування серцево-судинної системи та організму в цілому. Викладено існуючий NO-залежний механізм регуляції судинної реактивності в умовах дисфункції ендотелію; цГМФ-незалежний механізм дії NO на кальцієвий гомеостаз і чутливість міофібрил гладком’язових клітин до іонів кальцію. Цікавими є результати досліджень, які відображають значення оксиду азоту в збереженні здоров’я. Показані вікові зміни ендотеліальної функції судин у зв’язку зі збільшенням віку і значення їх в розвитку вікової патології. Викладені матеріали, які відображають значення використання донаторів оксиду азоту для лікування захворювань органів різних систем організму, а також як факторів фармакологічної корекції порушень метаболізму NO і спряженої з цими змінами ендотеліальної дисфункції. Значна увага в роботі присвячена працям, в яких відображена роль оксиду азоту в підвищенні фізичної працездатності й значення такого ефекту в житті спортсменів. Доведено вплив оксиду азоту на мікроорганізми, використання оксиду азоту в лікуванні інфекційних захворювань, зокрема під час вірусної інфекції. Зазначено внесок українських науковців у вивченні впливу оксиду азоту на організм здорових та хворих людей, на людей похилого та старечого віку, а також роль в створенні фармакологічних препаратів, донаторів оксиду азоту, для профілактики та лікування захворювань.
