ФОРМУВАННЯ МОТИВАЦІЇ ДО РУХОВОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ У СТУДЕНТІВ В ПРОЦЕСІ ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ ПІД ЧАС КАРАНТИНУ
Анотація
Розглянуто питання рухової активності студентів у термін упровадження карантинних обмежень. Вирішення проблематики забезпечення фізіологічно необхідного рівня рухової активності студентів як чинника їхнього здоров’язбереження, проаналізовано з точки зору формування мотивації в процесі їхнього фізичного виховання. Обґрунтовано організацію освітнього процесу із фізичного виховання, скеровану на заохочення студентів закладів вищої освіти до занять із фізичного виховання та формування у них переконання у необхідності систематичної фізичної активності. Виокремлено структурні компоненти цього процесу, серед котрих: привабливі сторони фізичної культури і спорту, приватне активне ставлення, ідеал спортсмена, улюблений вид спорту, бажання домогтися перемоги, краса тіла тощо. За результатами здійсненого наукового пошуку, систематизовано основні теоретико-методичні положення занять фізичною культурою у студентів в умовах карантину задля забезпечення формування у них мотивації до рухової активності.
