Articles submitted to the collection of scientific works must have all the necessary elements corresponding to the resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine of 15.01.2003 number 7-05 / 1 "On increasing requirements for professional editions included in the lists of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine": statement of the problem and its connection with important scientific and practical tasks; analysis of recent research and publications; formation of the purpose of the article (statement of the task); presentation of the main research material; conclusions and perspectives of further exploration in this direction; references.
Requirements for registration of articles. The text of an article in volume of 10 pages or more is printed in Microsoft Word for Windows; text format - * doc or * rtf, text font - Times New Roman, 14 pt, interval - 1.5, paragraph indentation - 1.25 cm, alignment in width. Parameters of the page: the left field - 30 mm, the right - 20 mm, the upper, the bottom - 20 mm. The article can include graphic materials - drawings, tables, photos, formulas, etc. Graphic materials are contrasting, the pictures are grouped, are arranged in the text of the article and executed in one of the graphic editors (jpg, gif), the font in the tables and figures - not less than 11 pt. Numbering of sources is crossed alphabetically. References to used sources are given in square brackets, where the comma indicates the source number and citation page in the publication. For example: [8, p. 17]. The list of sources used should consist of two blocks (source in the original language and References according to the rules of Ukrainian transliteration). The first block must be designed in accordance with the requirements of DSTU GOST 7.1: 2006 (Automatic Designer of the Bibliographic Description: http://vak.in.ua/). References are provided for the purpose of actively incorporating publications in the circulation of scientific information and their correct indexing by scientometric systems. The broadcast list should be made according to the American Psychological Association (http://nbuv.gov.ua/node/929). You can submit citations according to the APA standard on the site of the online automatic link formation: http://www.bibme.org/apa/book-citation/manual. It is important (!) In the description elements to use only straight quotation marks (") and it is not allowed to replace the Latin letters with the Cyrillic alphabet. If the list contains references to foreign publications, they are repeated in the list in the Latin alphabet.
Decoration of the title page of the article: UDC; surname and initials of the author (s), scientific degree, scientific rank, position, full name of institution of education or scientific institution, city in the language of the article (italic font, alignment on the right edge); lower through the interval - the title of the article in capital letters, the font is bold, aligned in the center; through the interval - an abstract containing the surname and initials of the author (s) (for the English variant - full name and surname), the title of the article, the text (the statement of the main provisions and conclusions of the article, the results obtained), the keywords (up to seven) and is available in three languages (Ukrainian, Russian, English). The volume of the annotation is 100-150 words in Ukrainian and Russian and 250-300 words in English.

Articles submitted with violations of these requirements are not considered by the editorial board.
Separate files are filed with: an author's reference and an article review (if necessary). Authors without a degree must send a review of the scientific supervisor / specialist in the relevant field of research (scanned version of the certified document). The reference to the author should include the surname, name of the author of the author and all the data about him (zip code, city, place of work, position, title, academic degree, contact telephone number, e-mail address, etc.). The materials are reviewed by the members of the editorial board of the collection or by external independent experts, based on the principle of objectivity and from the standpoint of the highest international academic standards of quality and edited. The authors are responsible for the content and reliability of the data and links provided. The editorial board may not share the thoughts of the authors. The editorial board reserves the right to reject poor-quality materials without explaining the reasons. When reprinting materials reference to the publication is required.
After reviewing the materials of the articles are tested for plagiarism. A notice of its acceptance for printing (or rejection) is sent to the author at the email address after passing a plagiarism check. For a positive conclusion on the publication of the article, the author must pay for the publication and must send a copy of the receipt for the payment to the e-mail address of the editorial office or sms-message at +380969841030, indicating his surname and the transferred amount of funds.

The articles are accepted on a monthly basis until the 10th day, the review and verification procedures for the uniqueness of the text continue until the 20th day, after which the payment for the materials accepted for printing is paid. The electronic version of the collection is sent to the authors at the end of the month, the release and receipt of the printed version of the collection - at the end of the current or early next month.
